JRD Group was launched in 2008 by Alex Nicholas and Siddharth Singh. The company launched its first real estate product JustRentals.com in September 2009. Later in 2010, JRD Group announced its sister portal offering properties for sale: JustProperty.com. In 2012, the company developed and launched a real estate CRM targeted to real estate professionals across the MENA region called PropSpace. By the end of 2014, JustRentals.com and JustProperty.com merged together to form a single property listing website for both rental and sale listings in the UAE.
JRD Group expanded their operations to six new countries in MENA throughout 2016: namely Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan and Egypt and one new country in 2017: Lebanon. In 2015, iMENA Group, one of the leading venture capital firms in the MENA region, announced a Series A investment in JRD Group.

The company is headquartered in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, but has operations in Qatar, KSA, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Egypt and Lebanon under the JustProperty Group umbrella. RealSpace, a real estate SaaS for agents, brokers, property managers and developers was launched in 2016 and caters to real estate professionals around the world.

JustProperty is a property listing platform displaying rental and sale properties from the leading real estate brokerages and developers across MENA. Across all countries, the portal has around 96,000 live listings.
PropSpace
PropSpace is a real estate CRM software, serving the MENA region. PropSpace was launched in 2012.
RealSpace
RealSpace is a global real estate CRM software released in 2016.
